Authentic Italian Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, made from durum wheat cultivated directly by the producer (Azienda Agricola Mancini ) using only semolina and water. Whole-grain milling preserves the germ, endosperm, and bran, providing a natural source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Shaped with traditional bronze dies and slowly dried for 22 hours at 36°C–55°C for excellent texture and sauce absorption.
