Who we are
These terms apply to orders placed on this website and in the LMDF app with La Maison du Fromage, Salmiya, Kuwait. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
We confirm every order by SMS. Cheeses sold by weight are cut to order in 250 g steps. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or remove it from your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars. You can pay cash on delivery or by K-NET, and any wallet credit on your account is applied automatically. The amount to pay is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver across Kuwait. Delivery fees, minimum orders and delivery days are shown on our delivery page and at checkout.
Changes and cancellations
Our products are fresh and prepared to order, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders already prepared or on their way may not be cancellable.
If something is not right
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us on the day of delivery and we will put it right.
Wallet credit
Wallet credit is store credit for future orders. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
