What we collect
When you order we collect your name, mobile number, e-mail address, delivery address and the details of your order. If you create an account we also keep your saved addresses, order history and wallet credit.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and deliver your order, to send confirmations and updates by SMS and e-mail, and to run your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Card payments
K-NET payments are made on K-NET's secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Sharing
We share your delivery details only with the people who deliver your order, and payment references with K-NET, as needed to complete your order.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to keep your basket, keep you signed in, protect our forms, bring you back to your order after paying with K-NET and remember whether you hid the app banner. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping and correcting your data
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts. You can ask us to correct your details or close your account at any time.
