Authentic Italian Whole Wheat Fusilli, made from durum wheat cultivated directly by the producer (Azienda Agricola Mancini ) using only semolina and water. The milling process preserves all parts of the wheat kernel — germ, endosperm, and bran — helping retain its natural nutritional and vitamin properties while providing a valuable source of fibre and mineral salts. Shaped using traditional circular bronze dies and slowly dried for 22 hours at temperatures between 36°C and 55°C, ensuring excellent texture and quality.
